Charalambous
Architect
Panayiotis Charalambous leads the company as Director, overseeing and
managing all projects.
With over 10 years of experience in architecture and construction, and as a
graduate of the Department of Architecture at Frederick University,
he brings the expertise required to handle complex and demanding
projects.
His approach combines architectural creativity with strong project
management discipline,
ensuring that every project is delivered with the highest standards of
quality, precision, and attention to detail.
Charalambous
Project Manager
Charalambos Charalambous serves as the company’s Civil Engineer and Project
Manager,
responsible for the design, organization, and successful execution of each
project.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a degree
in Civil Engineering from Frederick University,
he brings the expertise and technical insight required to manage large-scale
and complex projects.
His commitment to safety, structural integrity, and strict adherence to
timelines ensures the successful delivery of every project,
maintaining consistency and high standards of quality.
Charalambous
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry,
Christakis Charalambous serves as Technical Director and is a key pillar of
our team.
He holds a Class C Contractor License and has previously served for many
years as Technical Director at Tzingoulis Ltd.
His extensive experience spans the full range of construction projects,
including the development of churches, complex residential buildings, and
luxury homes.
His deep on-site expertise and commitment to technical excellence ensure the
quality and reliability of every project.
